Since they’ve done this they’ve now released the material for their 6.189 Multicore Programming Primer: PS3 Cell Programming. Dig in and learn some parallel algorithm and other geeky things.

Take this brilliant example of a UNICAT truck that someone turned into a gorgeous RV. I can’t imagine the amount of work that went into this, but it was well worth the effort.
